Minimal extra-column band broadening is required to take full advantage of the highest efficiency GPC columns available. The EcoSEC GPC system uses state of the art fluidics and an innovative design that results in low dead volume. Together with a small stroke volume pump and a 2.5µL RI flow cell, the EcoSEC GPC system delivers short analysis times, excellent reliability and low operating cost. Semi-micro TSK-GEL GPC columns, 4.6mmID x 15cm, are at the heart of the EcoSEC GPC system.
