Toyopearl Butyl-600 has the second highest hydrophobicity of the HIC ligands offered by TBL. Its pore size is between that of Toyopearl Butyl-650 and SuperButyl-550. It has been optimized for the purification of monoclonal antibodies and is typically used as an intermediate purification or polishing step.
