Thank you for your interest in our custom resins. Before completing the form below, please verify that the following requirements are in place:

1. A two-way confidentiality agreement exists between Tosoh Bioscience and your company. (If one is not in place, please contact TBL's regional Business Development Manager to initiate one)
   
2. Appropriate Tosoh Bioscience commercial products have been initially screened by your company and that the chromatographic performance data will be shared with Tosoh Bioscience.
   
3. Your new target is either already in the clinic or it is anticipated that an IND will be filed.
   
4. You and your company are willing to discuss with Tosoh Bioscience information allowing Tosoh Bioscience to estimate resin quantity needs for the current clinical trial phase
