Toyopearl DEAE-650 media is a weak anion exchanger for blood fractionation and other biomolecule purification. It can be used for high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process steps. If more powerful resolution is needed TSK-GEL DEAE-5PW resin should be used. Selectivity remains the same.
