Introducing our newest process media products:

• Toyopearl Q-600C AR anion exchange resin was developed to be base stabile to extensive 1.0 mol/L NaOH exposure. It has a good dynamic binding capacity for many proteins, even larger ones such as Thyroglobulin. While not in the Toyopearl GigaCap family of resins, it does have improved mass transfer kinetics, which contribute to lower elution pool volumes.

• Toyopearl GigaCap CM-650M is a new cation exchange resin developed for the purification of monoclonal antibodies. It maintains its capacity at higher loading conductivities than Toyopearl GigaCap S-650M. Being part of the Toyopearl GigaCap family of ion exchange resins, it too has improved mass transfer kinetics and lower elution volumes than other commercially available resins.

• Toyopearl Phenyl-600M is a new hydrophobic interaction resin for process scale chromatography. It has high recovery and improved dynamic binding capacity for the intermediate and downstream purification of monoclonal antibodies. It exhibits a typical dynamic binding capacity of approximately 40mg-mAb/mL-resin with recoveries of 90% or greater.
  

• Toyopearl GigaCap Q-650M is a new, high dynamic binding capacity, anion exchange resin for both small and large protein purification. Data suggests that its improved binding kinetics allows the recovery of a target protein in significantly smaller elution volumes, and consequently at a higher titer, than other high capacity commercial anion exchange products.
  
  
• Toyopearl GigaCap S-650M is a new cation exchange resin developed for the purification of monoclonal antibodies. It’s high dynamic binding capacity and fast kinetics for both IgG and smaller molecules aids the developer in designing processes with improved target throughput.
