This poster was presented at the WCBP 2008 meeting and discusses the use of the iCE280 Analyzer, a Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (cIEF) system from Convergent Bioscience, for the charge based separations of proteins, peptides and/or other contaminants. Among the applications performed with this instrument was the characterization of several monoclonal antibodies, including forced deamidation & variant analysis. A TSKgel SuperQ-5PW anion exchange column was used to collect fractions that were subsequently analyzed by cIEF and mass spectrometry.
