TSKgel SuperAW2500

The TSKgel SuperAW2500 column is packed with rigid, porous, polymer beads which show minimal shrinkage or swelling in polar organic solvents (methanol, acetonitrile, DMSO, isopropanol, THF, and HFIP).  This column is stable in a wide variety of organic solvents at concentrations up to 100%.

The main application area for the TSKgel SuperAW2500 column is the analyses of polymers that are soluble in polar organic solvents up to 2,000 Da. Examples include cellulose derivatives, polyimide, and sodium dodecylsulfate (all in 10 mmol/L LiBr in DMF), cleansing gel in methanol, and degree of saponification of polyvinylalcohol in hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP). Reductions in analysis time and mobile phase consumption due to the small column dimensions (6 mm ID x 15 cm) make the TSKgel SuperAW2500 column ideal for high throughput applications.
