TSKgel DNA-STAT

The TSKgel DNA-STAT column is packed with 5 µm hydrophilic non-porous resin particles of which the surface consists of an open access network of multi-layered quaternary ammonium anion exchange groups. The innovative bonding chemistry, combined with a relatively large particle size, results in a respectable loading capacity, low operating pressure and rapid analysis.

Applications for the TSKgel DNA-STAT columns include the separation of DNA fragments, nucleic acids and nucleotides.
