SkillPak 200 TOYOPEARL AF-Chelate-650M is a 5.0 cm ID × 10 cm pre-packed column designed for scale-up of chromatography processes. This column guarantees optimal performance and can be connected to standard low- or medium-pressure liquid chromatography systems.
Each SkillPak 200 column is reproducibly and individually packed with ~200 mL to account for the varying compressibility of each resin. Therefore, it is suited for seamless scale-up of chromatography processes developed on smaller SkillPak columns.
